August 21, 2023: Charlotte, NC 28269 The Cox Mill Chargers (Concord, NC) volleyball overcame the host Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC), 2-0 in Monday's non-league outing.
With the win, Cox Mill upgrades its record to 1-2 on the year. The Chargers travel to Mount Pleasant (Mt. Pleasant, NC) to face the Tigers in a non-league outing on Thursday, August 24. The Tigers go into the outing with a record of 2-2. Mount Pleasant won 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Parkwood (Monroe, NC)
The Cardinals now own a 1-2 record. They play next when they travel to Lincoln Charter for a outing on Tuesday, August 29. Corvian Community will face a Eagles squad coming off a 2-1 non-league win over St. Stephens (Hickory, NC). The Eagles record now stands at 1-2.
