August 21, 2023: Sterling, VA 20164 The James Wood Colonels volleyball team scored 2 points and limited the host Dominion Titans to 0 in the Colonels non-league victory on Monday.
The Colonels now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Fauquier for a non-league game on Wednesday, August 23. James Wood will meet a Falcons team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Handley (Winchester, VA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-1.
The Titans (0-1) will now prepare for their game against Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Eagles enter the non-league game with a 0-0 record.
