Illinois High School Volleyball - Reed-Custer edged by Serena
August 21, 2023: Braidwood, IL 60408 The Serena Huskers held off the host Reed-Custer Comets volleyball team by a score of 2-1 in Monday's non-league test.
The Huskers now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Amboy for a non-league test on Wednesday, August 23. Serena will confront a Clippers team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Earlville (Earlville, IL). The Clippers record now stands at 1-0.
The Comets (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Streator (Streator, IL). The Bulldogs enter the test with a 2-0 record.
