August 21, 2025: Lathrop, CA 95330 The Lathrop Spartans ran past the visiting Mountain House Mustangs football squad by a count of 26-6 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Spartans now hold a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Sierra for a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. Lathrop will meet a Timberwolves squad coming off a 24-0 non-league loss to Enochs (Modesto, CA). The Timberwolves record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Mountain House drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Mustangs travel to Pacheco (Los Banos, CA) to meet the Panthers in a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. The Panthers come into the test with a record of 1-0. Pacheco won 50-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Chavez (Stockton, CA)
