August 21, 2025: Raleigh, NC 27615 The crowd at Thursday's non-league contest between the Garner Trojans (Garner, NC) and the host Millbrook Wildcats (Raleigh, NC), witnessed Garner's football squad knock off Millbrook by a tally of 21-13.
The Trojans (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Laney (Wilmington, NC). The Buccaneers enter the non-league contest with a 1-0 record. In their last contest, Laney gained a win over D.H. Conley (Greenville, NC), 34-12, in a non-league contest.
