Utah High School Football - Murray thwarted by Provo
August 21, 2025: Murray, UT 84107 Provo Bulldogs (Provo, UT) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Murray Spartans (Murray, UT), 32-2 in a non-league battle.
With the win, Provo improves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Springville (Springville, UT) to meet the Red Devils in a non-league test on Thursday, August 28. The Red Devils come into the test with a record of 1-0. Springville won 20-7 in their recent non-league test against Green Canyon (North Logan, UT)
With the defeat, Murray drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Spartans host Jordan (Sandy, UT) to play the Beetdiggers in a non-league challenge on Thursday, September 4. The Beetdiggers go into the challenge with a record of 0-1.
