August 21, 2025: Ashville, OH 43103 The Teays Valley Vikings soccer squad scored 5 points and held the visiting Centennial Stars to 1 in the Vikings non-league victory on Thursday.
The Vikings now hold a 2-0 record. They play next when they travel to Lancaster for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 28. Teays Valley will play a Golden Gales squad coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Amanda-Clearcreek (Amanda, OH). The Golden Gales record now stands at 1-2.
With the loss, Centennial drops to 0-1 on the season. The Stars travel to Bishop Ready (Columbus, OH) to face the Silver Knights in a non-league game on Saturday, August 23. The Silver Knights enter the game with a record of 0-1. Bishop Ready lost 10-1 in their recent non-league game against Teays Valley (Ashville, OH)
