Kentucky High School Volleyball - Calvary Christian Holmes
August 21, 2025: Covington, KY 41015 Holmes Bulldogs (Covington, KY) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball team overcome the host Calvary Christian Cougars (Covington, KY), 21-19 in a non-league challenge.
The Bulldogs (1-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Mason County (Maysville, KY). The Royals enter the non-league challenge with a 3-0 record. In their last challenge, Mason County beat St. Patrick (Maysville, KY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Cougars meet the Bracken County Polar Bears (Brooksville, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, August 25. Calvary Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Polar Bears go into the test with a 1-0 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY).
