August 21, 2025: Cameron, NC 28326 Cape Fear Colts (Fayetteville, NC) backers exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Union Pines Vikings (Cameron, NC), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Cape Fear advances its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Colts travel to Sanderson (Raleigh, NC) to clash with the Spartans in a non-league test on Friday, August 22. The Spartans come into the test with a record of 1-2. Sanderson lost 1-0 in their recent non-league test against Wakefield (Raleigh, NC)
The Vikings now have a 1-2 record. They take the field next when they host Southwest Guilford for a non-league test on Friday, August 22. Union Pines will clash with a Cowboys team coming off a 0-0 non-league High Point Central (High Point, NC). The Cowboys record now stands at 0-1.
