Wilber-Clatonia Wolverines (Wilber, NE) supporters left the game thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their softball team tip the visiting Aquinas Monarchs (David City, NE), 10-6 in a league match.

The Wolverines (1-1) will now prepare for their game against St. Paul (St. Paul, NE). The Wildcats enter the non-league game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, St. Paul edged O'Neill (O'Neill, NE), 9-1, in a non-league game.
