Georgia High School Softball - Kell bounces North Atlanta
August 21, 2025: Marietta, GA 30066 The Kell Longhorns softball team scored 13 runs and held the visiting North Atlanta Warriors to 5 in the Longhorns non-league win on Thursday.
The Longhorns now possess a 7-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe for a non-league match on Saturday, August 23. Kell will confront a Warriors team coming off a 8-0 league loss to North Cobb Christian (Kennesaw, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 2-3.
Coming up next, the Warriors confront the Forsyth Central Bulldogs (Cumming, GA) in a 6A Region 6 battle, on Tuesday, August 26. North Atlanta will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Bulldogs go into the challenge with a 0-7 record after their 13-5 league loss to Denmark (Alpharetta, GA).
