The Connally Cadets volleyball squad (Waco, TX), dropped 2-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Americas Trail Blazers (El Paso, TX)

With the win, Americas improves its record to 6-4 on the season. The Trail Blazers travel to Pflugerville (Pflugerville, TX) to battle the Panthers in a non-league contest on Thursday, August 21. The Panthers enter the contest with a record of 3-6. Pflugerville lost 3-1 in their recent non-league contest against St. Andrew's (Austin, TX)

Next, the Cadets battle the Midland Bulldogs (Midland, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, August 21. Connally will attempt to move on its 3-7 season record. The Bulldogs go into the battle with a 7-3 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Randall (Amarillo, TX).
