August 21, 2025: Austin, TX 78729 East View Patriots (Georgetown, TX) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host McNeil Mavericks (Austin, TX), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, East View improves its record to 4-7 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Southwest (San Antonio, TX) to meet the Dragons in a non-league challenge on Friday, August 22. The Dragons come into the challenge with a record of 2-7. Southwest lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Cedar Ridge (Round Rock, TX)
Next, the Mavericks meet the McCallum Knights (Austin, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 22. McNeil will attempt to upgrade on its 0-8 season record. The Knights go into the test with a 7-5 record after their 2-0 non-league loss to Madison (San Antonio, TX).
