August 21, 2025: Booneville, MS 38829 The Thrasher Rebels prevailed the visiting Falkner Eagles volleyball squad by a final score of 3-1 in Thursday's non-league bout.
The Rebels now possess a 2-5 record. They play next when they travel to Baldwyn for a non-league bout on Saturday, August 23. Thrasher will clash with a Bearcats team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to North Pontotoc (Ecru, MS). The Bearcats record now stands at 6-3.
With the loss, Falkner drops to 1-5 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to New Site (New Site, MS) to clash with the Royals in a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 26. The Royals enter the match with a record of 6-3. New Site lost 2-0 in their recent non-league match against Wheeler (Wheeler, MS)
