The South Point Pointers topped the visiting Rock Hill Redmen volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's league game.

Next up, the Pointers confront the Gallia Academy Blue Devils (Gallipolis, OH) in a Ohio Valley game, on Tuesday, August 26. South Point will attempt to advance on its 2-1 season record. The Blue Devils go into the game with a 3-0 record after their 3-0 league win over Fairland (Proctorville, OH).

The Redmen (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Glenwood (New Boston, OH). The Tigers come into the non-league outing with a 1-2 record. In their last outing, Glenwood was topped by Oak Hill (Oak Hill, OH), 3-0, in a non-league outing.
