Rootstown Rovers (Rootstown, OH) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Trinity Trojans (Garfield Heights, OH), 3-0 in a non-league test.

With the win, Rootstown improves its record to 3-1 on the season. The Rovers host John F. Kennedy Catholic (Warren, OH) to meet the Eagles in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 26. The Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 3-0. John F. Kennedy Catholic won 3-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Cardinal Mooney (Youngstown, OH)
