August 22, 2022: Blackville, SC 29817 The Jefferson Davis Academy Raiders volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Clarendon Hall Saints to 1 in the Raiders league victory on Monday.
The Raiders now have a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Colleton Prep Academy for a non-league game on Tuesday, August 23. Jefferson Davis Academy will meet a War Hawks team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Calhoun Academy (St. Matthews, SC). The War Hawks record now stands at 1-1.
The Saints (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Holly Hill Academy (Holly Hill, SC). The Raiders enter the SCISA A Region II game with a 1-0 record. In their last game, Holly Hill Academy gained a win over Faith Christian (Summerville, SC), 3-0, in a non-league game.
