August 22, 2023: Powder Springs, GA 30127 The crowd at Tuesday's league match between the North Paulding Wolfpack (Dallas, GA) and the host Hillgrove Hawks (Powder Springs, GA), saw North Paulding's softball squad nip Hillgrove by a count of 10-6.
The Wolfpack now sport a 4-2 record. They take the field next when they host Harrison for a 7A Region 3 match on Thursday, August 24. North Paulding will face a Hoyas squad coming off a 9-5 league win over McEachern (Powder Springs, GA). The Hoyas record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Hillgrove falls to 3-4 on the campaign. The Hawks travel to Marietta (Marietta, GA) to face the Blue Devils in a 7A Region 3 match on Thursday, August 24. The Blue Devils enter the match with a record of 3-3. Marietta lost 6-2 in their recent non-league match against Sandy Creek (Tyrone, GA)
