August 22, 2023: Citrus Heights, CA 95610 In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Capital Christian Cougars (Sacramento, CA) volleyball squad were winner over the host San Juan Spartans (Citrus Heights, CA), by a margin of 3-0.
Next up, the Cougars face the Amador Buffaloes (Sutter Creek, CA) in a non-league contest, on Monday, August 28. Capital Christian will attempt to better on its 1-2 season record. The Buffaloes go into the contest with a 1-1 record after their 3-1 non-league loss to Union Mine (El Dorado, CA).
