August 22, 2023: Harrisburg, AR 72432 The Harrisburg Hornets volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Palestine-Wheatley Patriots to 0 in the Hornets non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Hornets now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newport for a 3A Northeast game on Monday, August 28. Harrisburg will meet a Greyhounds team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Valley View (Jonesboro, AR). The Greyhounds record now stands at 0-1.
The Patriots (1-1) will now prepare for their game against Beebe (Beebe, AR). The Badgers enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Beebe was dropped by Marion (Marion, AR), 3-0, in a non-league game.
