August 22, 2024: Thornton, CO 80229 Arvada West Wildcats (Arvada, CO) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Skyview Wolverines (Thornton, CO), 1-0 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Arvada West moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Wildcats travel to Brighton (Brighton, CO) to meet the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Thursday, August 29. The Bulldogs come into the test with a record of 0-1. Brighton lost 2-0 in their recent non-league test against Chatfield (Littleton, CO)
The Wolverines now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Longmont for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27. Skyview will meet a Trojans team coming off a 4-0 non-league win over Standley Lake (Westminster, CO). The Trojans record now stands at 1-0.
