August 22, 2024: Concord, NC 28027 Olympic Trojans (Charlotte, NC) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host West Cabarrus Wolverines (Concord, NC), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Olympic moves its record to 3-0 on the campaign. The Trojans host Mountain Island Charter (Mt. Holly, NC) to meet the Raptors in a non-league test on Wednesday, August 28. The Raptors come into the test with a record of 1-0. Mountain Island Charter won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against East Lincoln (Denver, NC)
The Wolverines now sport a 1-4 record. They take the field next when they host Independence for a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27. West Cabarrus will meet a Patriots team coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to South Mecklenburg (Charlotte, NC). The Patriots record now stands at 1-2.
