With the triumph, Choctaw improves its record to 8-2 on the year. The Yellowjackets host Stillwater (Stillwater, OK) to face the Pioneers in a 6A District 1 game on Thursday, August 22. The Pioneers enter the game with a record of 5-3. Stillwater won 6-5 in their recent league game against Norman North (Norman, OK)
The Tigers now hold a 9-3 record. They play next when they travel to Wynnewood for a non-league game on Thursday, August 22. Oktaha will face a Savages squad coming off a 15-3 non-league loss to Davis (Davis, OK). The Savages record now stands at 1-2.
