August 22, 2024: Kellyville, OK 74039 Sapulpa Chieftains (Sapulpa, OK) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the host Kellyville Ponies (Kellyville, OK), 12-0 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Sapulpa improves its record to 5-5 on the year. The Chieftains host Hominy (Hominy, OK) to play the Bucks in a non-league game on Friday, August 23. The Bucks enter the game with a record of 7-3. Hominy lost 4-3 in their recent non-league game against Pawhuska (Pawhuska, OK)
The Ponies now hold a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Mannford for a non-league game on Thursday, August 22. Kellyville will play a Pirates squad coming off a 13-1 non-league loss to North Rock Creek (Shawnee, OK). The Pirates record now stands at 5-3.
