August 22, 2024: Irvine, CA 92604 El Toro Chargers (Lake Forest, CA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Woodbridge Warriors (Irvine, CA), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, El Toro advances its record to 4-3 on the season. The Chargers travel to Northwood (Irvine, CA) to face the Timberwolves in a non-league test on Tuesday, August 27. The Timberwolves go into the test with a record of 8-4. Northwood lost 2-1 in their recent non-league test against Yorba Linda (Yorba Linda, CA)
The Warriors now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Santa Ana Valley for a non-league test on Saturday, August 24. Woodbridge will face a Falcons squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Samueli Academy (Santa Ana, CA). The Falcons record now stands at 0-5.
