In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Grandview Heights Bobcats football squad scored a good 34-6 triumph over the Briggs Bruins.

The Bobcats (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Whetstone (Columbus, OH). The Braves go into the non-league battle with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Whetstone was dropped by East (Youngstown, OH), 42-7, in a non-league battle.
