The Sparta Academy Warriors were victorious over the host Clarke Prep Gators football team by a score of 40-22 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Warriors face the Edgewood Academy Wildcats (Elmore, AL) in a non-league outing, on Friday, August 29. Sparta Academy will attempt to move on its 1-0 season record.
