In Friday's non-league game, the Parkland Trojans (Allentown, PA) football team overcame the host George Washington Eagles (Philadelphia, PA), by a tally of 19-6.

In their next game, the Trojans battle the Freedom Patriots (Bethlehem, PA) in a non-league game, on Friday, August 29. Parkland will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record.
