August 22, 2025: Levittown, PA 19057 In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Haverford Fords football squad scored a decisive 41-7 victory over the Harry S. Truman Tigers.
The Fords (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Garnet Valley (Glen Mills, PA). The Jaguars enter the Central match with a 0-1 record. In their last battle, Garnet Valley was crushed by Coatesville (Coatesville, PA), 35-10, in a non-league battle.
The Tigers now own a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host Abington for a non-league match on Friday, August 29. Harry S. Truman will confront a Galloping Ghosts squad coming off a 29-22 non-league loss to Conrad Weiser (Robesonia, PA). The Galloping Ghosts record now stands at 0-1.
