In Friday's non-league match, the visiting Meridian HomeSchool FLYERS football squad scored a good 30-20 victory over the Hebron Christian Eagles.

The FLYERS (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against SAHE (Brandon, MS). The Warriors go into the Mid-South Christian (8 Man) battle with a 2-0 record. In their last battle, SAHE defeated Magnolia (Terry, MS), 51-19, in a league match.

Coming up next, the Eagles confront the Marvell Academy Eagles (Marvell, AR) in a non-league match, on Friday, August 29. Hebron Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 1-0 record after their 40-6 non-league win over Franklin Academy (Winnsboro, LA).
