The Sierra Canyon Trailblazers football team scored 35 points and restricted the visiting JSerra Catholic Lions to 0 in the Trailblazers non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Trailblazers play the Oaks Christian Lions (Westlake Village, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Sierra Canyon will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Lions go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 42-27 non-league loss to Chaminade (West Hills, CA).

The Lions (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Damien (La Verne, CA). The Spartans go into the non-league challenge with a 1-0 record. In their last challenge, Damien bounced Aquinas (San Bernardino, CA), 20-15, in a non-league challenge.
