In their next game, the Titans face the Escalon Cougars (Escalon, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, August 29. Chavez will attempt to improve on its 1-0 season record. The Cougars go into the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 36-12 non-league win over Rodriguez (Fairfield, CA).
The Panthers (0-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Minarets (O'Neals, CA). The Mustangs come into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Minarets knocked off Sierra (Tollhouse, CA), 41-0, in a non-league test.
