California High School Football - Minarets trounces Sierra

August 22, 2025: O'Neals, CA 93645

In Friday's non-league match, the host Minarets Mustangs football squad scored a decisive 41-0 triumph over the Sierra Chieftains.

The Mustangs (1-0) will now prepare for their match against Pacheco (Los Banos, CA). The Panthers come into the non-league match with a 0-1 record. In their last match, Pacheco was routed by Chavez (Stockton, CA), 28-0, in a non-league match.

Next up, the Chieftains play the Yosemite Badgers (Oakhurst, CA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 5. Sierra will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record.
