August 22, 2025: Hartshorne, OK 74547 Hartshorne Miners (Hartshorne, OK) supporters left the game pleased Friday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Whitesboro Bulldogs (Whitesboro, OK), 6-1 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, Hartshorne improves its record to 7-1 on the year. The Miners host Vian (Vian, OK) to play the Wolverines in a non-league game on Monday, August 25. The Wolverines enter the game with a record of 6-6. Vian lost 6-4 in their recent non-league game against Sallisaw (Sallisaw, OK)
The Bulldogs now hold a 4-6 record. They play next when they travel to Arkoma for a non-league game on Monday, August 25. Whitesboro will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 18-8 non-league win over Gans (Gans, OK). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-5.
