The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Dan River Wildcats (Ringgold, VA) and the visiting Mecklenburg County Phoenix (Baskerville, VA), saw Dan River's volleyball squad beat Mecklenburg County by a tally of 3-1.

With the win, Dan River upgrades its record to 3-1 on the year. The Wildcats travel to Patrick County (Stuart, VA) to play the Cougars in a non-league bout on Thursday, August 25.
