Oklahoma High School Softball - Inola bounces Commerce
August 23, 2024: Inola, OK 74036 The Inola Longhorns softball team scored 5 runs and held the visiting Commerce Tigers to 1 in the Longhorns non-league win on Friday.
The Longhorns now sport a 1-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Hominy for a non-league battle on Monday, August 26. Inola will encounter a Bucks team coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Sapulpa (Sapulpa, OK). The Bucks record now stands at 8-4.
With the loss, Commerce moves to 3-4 on the season. The Tigers travel to Ketchum (Ketchum, OK) to encounter the Warriors in a 2A battle on Monday, August 26. The Warriors come into the battle with a record of 0-5. Ketchum lost 8-0 in their recent non-league game against Locust Grove (Locust Grove, OK)
