August 23, 2024: Sapulpa, OK 74066 The Hominy Bucks softball team scored 5 runs and held the host Sapulpa Chieftains to 1 in the Bucks non-league win on Friday.
The Bucks now sport a 8-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Cleveland for a non-league battle on Monday, August 26. Hominy will encounter a Tigers team coming off a 11-5 non-league win over Sequoyah (Claremore, OK). The Tigers record now stands at 6-6.
With the loss, Sapulpa moves to 5-7 on the season. The Chieftains host Mannford (Mannford, OK) to encounter the Pirates in a non-league battle on Friday, August 23.
