Hutchison Sting (Memphis, TN) backers were pleased Saturday as they witnessed their volleyball team overcome the host Briarcrest Christian Saints (Eads, TN), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.

The Sting (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against St. Mary's Episcopal (Memphis, TN). The Turkeys come into the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, St. Mary's Episcopal lost by Houston (Germantown, TN), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Saints face the Hutchison Sting (Memphis, TN) in a test, on Monday, September 8. Briarcrest Christian will attempt to advance on its 1-1 season record.
