August 23, 2025: Royersford, PA 19468 Fans at Saturday's non-league battle between the Downingtown West Whippets (Downingtown, PA) and the host Spring-Ford Rams (Royersford, PA), saw Downingtown West's soccer squad hold off Spring-Ford by a score of 1-0.
The Whippets (4-0) will now prepare for their battle against Central Bucks South (Warrington, PA). The Titans enter the non-league battle with a 0-2 record. In their last battle, Central Bucks South was edged by Unionville (Kennett Square, PA), 1-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Rams confront the Central Bucks East Patriots (Doylestown, PA) in a non-league battle, on Monday, August 25. Spring-Ford will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Patriots enter the battle with a 1-0 record after their 4-3 non-league win over Haverford (Havertown, PA).
