August 23, 2025: Haslett, MI 48840 The Sturgis Trojans edged the host Haslett Vikings soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league bout.
The Trojans now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Hopkins for a non-league bout on Tuesday, August 26. Sturgis will face a Vikings team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Three Rivers (Three Rivers, MI). The Vikings record now stands at 0-4.
The Vikings (3-1) will now prepare for their contest against St. Johns (St. Johns, MI). The Redwings enter the Capital Area - Red contest with a 2-1 record. In their last contest, St. Johns held off Waverly (Lansing, MI), 2-1, in a non-league contest.
