August 23, 2025: Ida, MI 48140 The Mt. Pleasant Oilers held off the host Ida Bluestreaks soccer team by a tally of 1-0 in Saturday's non-league game.
Next, the Oilers face the Dow Chargers (Midland, MI) in a Saginaw Valley game, on Monday, August 25. Mt. Pleasant will attempt to better on its 2-0 season record. The Chargers go into the bout with a 5-2 record after their 5-3 league win over Bay City Western (Auburn, MI).
With the loss, Ida moves to 1-3 on the year. The Bluestreaks host Onsted (Onsted, MI) to face the Wildcats in a Lenawee County game on Monday, August 25. The Wildcats enter the game with a record of 0-2. Onsted lost 6-0 in their recent non-league game against Hartford (Hartford, MI)
