California High School Volleyball - North Fountain Valley
August 23, 2025: Fountain Valley, CA 92708 Fountain Valley Barons (Fountain Valley, CA) boosters left the game thrilled Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad overcome the visiting North Saxons (Torrance, CA), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
The Barons (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Millikan (Long Beach, CA). The Rams enter the non-league challenge with a 4-4 record. In their last challenge, Millikan was beaten by Orange Lutheran (Orange, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Saxons face the Northwood Timberwolves (Irvine, CA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 23. North will attempt to improve on its 4-3 season record. The Timberwolves go into the test with a 5-2 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Crean Lutheran (Irvine, CA).
