August 23, 2025: Lovejoy, GA 30250 Lovejoy Wildcats (Lovejoy, GA) boosters left the game satisfied Saturday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mays Raiders (Atlanta, GA), 2-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Lovejoy improves its record to 1-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Redan (Stone Mountain, GA) to play the Raiders in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, August 26. The Raiders come into the challenge with a record of 3-7. Redan lost 2-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Jasper County (Monticello, GA)
Next, the Raiders play the Hapeville Charter Hornets (Atlanta, GA) in a non-league test, on Saturday, August 23. Mays will attempt to advance on its 1-3 season record. The Hornets go into the test with a 0-1 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Creekside (Fairburn, GA).
