In Saturday's non-league game, the host Valley View Spartans volleyball squad scored a 3-1 win over the National Trail Blazers.

Next up, the Spartans face the Twin Valley South Panthers (West Alexandria, OH) in a non-league game, on Monday, August 25. Valley View will attempt to advance on its 3-3 season record. The Panthers go into the game with a 3-1 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Madison (Middletown, OH).
