August 24, 2021: Sylacauga, AL 35150 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Horseshoe Bend Generals (New Site, AL) and the host Fayetteville Wolves (Sylacauga, AL), saw Horseshoe Bend's volleyball squad nip Fayetteville by a tally of 2-1.
With the win, Horseshoe Bend upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Generals host Benjamin Russell (Alexander City, AL) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Monday, August 30. The Wildcats go into the bout with a record of 1-2. Benjamin Russell lost 2-1 in their recent non-league bout against Elmore County (Eclectic, AL)
The Wolves now own a 1-1 record. They play next when they travel to Sylacauga for a non-league bout on Thursday, August 26. Fayetteville will play a Aggies squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Jacksonville (Jacksonville, AL). The Aggies record now stands at 1-0.
