Colorado High School Volleyball - Alameda over Arvada
August 24, 2022: Lakewood, CO 80232 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Alameda Pirates (Lakewood, CO) and the visiting Arvada Bulldogs (Arvada, CO), saw Alameda's volleyball squad beat Arvada by a tally of 3-1.
With the win, Alameda upgrades its record to 1-0 on the year. The Pirates host Clear Creek (Evergreen, CO) to play the Golddiggers in a non-league bout on Friday, August 26. The Golddiggers go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Clear Creek lost 3-0 in their recent non-league bout against Summit (Frisco, CO)
The Bulldogs now own a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host STRIVE Prep - SMART for a non-league game on Monday, August 29. Arvada will meet a Ocelotls team coming off a 3-1 non-league loss to Arrupe Jesuit (Denver, CO). The Ocelotls record now stands at 0-2.
