August 24, 2023: Olin, NC 28660 Starmount Rams (Boonville, NC) fans left the game content Thursday as they saw their football team gain a win over the host North Iredell Raiders (Olin, NC), 32-6 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Starmount improves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Rams host Forbush (East Bend, NC) to confront the Falcons in a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. The Falcons come into the test with a record of 2-0. Forbush won 38-0 in their recent non-league test against McMichael (Mayodan, NC)
With the loss, North Iredell drops to 0-2 on the campaign. The Raiders host Alexander Central (Taylorsville, NC) to confront the Cougars in a non-league test on Thursday, August 31. The Cougars come into the test with a record of 2-0. Alexander Central won 20-8 in their recent non-league test against Wilkes Central (Wilkesboro, NC)
