August 24, 2023: Alexandria, KY 41001 Bishop Brossart Mustangs (Alexandria, KY) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Calvary Christian Cougars (Covington, KY), 7-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Mustangs face the George Rogers Clark Cardinals (Winchester, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, August 26. Bishop Brossart will attempt to better on its 1-0 season record. The Cardinals enter the challenge with a 2-1 record after their 1-0 non-league win over Campbell County (Alexandria, KY).
The Cougars now have a 0-2 record.
