August 24, 2023: Virginia Beach, VA 23462 Suffolk Christian Academy Knights (Suffolk, VA) supporters left the game in high spirits Thursday as they observed their volleyball squad top the host Gateway Christian (Virginia Beach, VA), 2-0 in a non-league match.
Next up, the Knights battle the Victory Christian Eagles (Elizabeth City, NC) in a match, on Tuesday, August 29. Suffolk Christian Academy will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Eagles come into the match with a 0-3 record after their 2-0 league loss to Bethel Christian (Hampton, VA).
With the loss, Gateway Christian drops to 0-1 on the campaign.
