Virginia High School Volleyball - Gretna Glass
August 24, 2023: Gretna, VA 24557 The Glass Hilltoppers topped the host Gretna Hawks volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Hilltoppers now have a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Franklin County for a non-league test on Monday, August 28. Glass will confront a Eagles team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Halifax County (South Boston, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 2-0.
The Hawks (0-2) will now prepare for their test against Magna Vista (Ridgeway, VA). The Warriors enter the non-league test with a 2-1 record. In their last test, Magna Vista was knocked off by William Byrd (Vinton, VA), 2-0, in a non-league test.
